1 Definitions and Scope of Agreement

In this Terms and Conditions document, the words "xera88", "we", "Platform" refer to xera88.fun and all related entities that operate this online gaming platform. "User", "you", "member" refers to any individual who registers and uses xera88's services.

3 Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposit:

4 Bonus and Promotions

• Technical Disruption: In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, xera88 will use system logs to determine the valid outcome. In cases where logs cannot be verified, the round in question will be voided and the bet returned.
• Sports Betting: The odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are the odds used to calculate winnings. Changes in odds after a bet has been placed do not affect existing bets.

• Financial losses from game results that did not go in your favour.

• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.
• Delays in transaction processing caused by third parties such as banks or e-wallet providers.

Xera88's maximum liability to any user in any case shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.

11 Terms Amendment
